Victoria Herring founded Elite’ Kids Care after recognizing the need for extended child care services in Howard County and to provide an opportunity for parents who work weekends and late evenings to benefit from continued childcare services in a nurturing environment beyond the regular hours of weekdays daycare. She has an educational background in Sociology and Management and experience in the areas of Case Management, Volunteer Activities Coordinator and Community Initiatives working with families, parents, children and the legal system.
Most professional settings do not accommodate or allow children, which leaves parents at a disadvantage. Elite’ Kids Care is here to satisfy that need. Elite’ Kids Care envision the need to provide continued quality care and services in a mentoring setting that will assist in promoting children growth, enrich their learning skills, personal skills, and model good behavior and reward system through recognition. We capitalize on safety precautions by providing fenced in yard, emergency escape plan and fire drill etc.
